We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We offer Standard Delivery across the UK:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location or courier delays (e.g. weather, strikes, peak periods)

4. Shipping Fees

  • Any shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email (where available), so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately and completely at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Lost parcels after successful delivery confirmed by the courier

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection, we may charge for redelivery.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
